Ariel’s dad, King Triton, is the ocean’s monarch and the one who raised the young mermaid. The trident he carries, the ocean robes he wears, and his regal bearing have all made him famous.
A trident, some sea garb, and a crown are all you need to channel King Triton. You can get these things at any Halloween store or on the internet. Makeup should include a dramatic smokey eye and highlights that recall the sea.
Don’t forget the beard, either. Fake facial hair, in the form of a beard or mustache, should be included in your costume as King Triton is famous for his magnificent facial hair.
