In “My Hero Academia”, Todoroki Shoto is a Pro Hero hopeful enrolled in the UA Academy. The Half-Cold Half-Hot power gives Todoroki mastery over both fire and ice, and is his unique ability. He immediately rose to prominence as one of the show’s most adored characters thanks to the effective use of his specialty in combat.
The materials needed to create Todoroki’s costume are minimal. You will need his unique red and white hairstyle (which can be found for purchase as a wig) and his blue jumpsuit.
